My career at EF:
I started with EF back in 2012 as a teacher in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. I spent 3 and a half years in Taizhou where I went from new teacher to Director of Studies. Key achievements during the time in Taizhou, implemented ODIN+ system across all departments and wrote the senior national academic development programme module on ODIN that is being used today across Indonesia, Russia and China.
After leaving Taizhou I took the position as Director of Studies at EF Chengdu 4 school.
· Grew CD4 to the largest center in EF Chengdu.
· Nominated for Star DoS at the national conference in Bali.
· Promoted 4 teachers to senior teacher and 1 senior teacher to ADoS.
· Won awards with the management team at national conference for best new sales, best school operations, best summer course sales, big retention number 1 nationally.
After 15 months in CD4 I was then promoted to Regional Director of Studies (current role) where I oversee 5 centres. 2017 saw a lot of new systems in place and a big focus on teacher development and academic quality contributing to EF Chengdu winning the top investor award for academics at the 2017 national conference in Macau.

What are your goals for EF in 2018?
Continued support for the academic team members and helping them to develop their true potential. In doing this, we will increase our student retention rate which ensures that we stay true to our goal of opening the world through education.
